In this hands-on croissant-making class, students will learn the art of crafting the perfect flaky croissants from scratch. In addition to making the classic flaky croissants, you will also be preparing both savory ham and cheese croissants, as well as indulgent chocolate croissants. Participants will master the techniques of laminating, rolling, and baking to achieve the perfect golden, buttery texture. By the end of the class, everyone will leave with croissants to be baked at home and the skills to recreate them!
